Location was perfect, a short walk from two subway stations. However, the locker area was cramped and the lack of a common area made it difficult to relax after waking up.

Yo, the pods were more spacious than I thought. Got comfy PJs on check-in, made it feel homey. Just a heads up, the showers could get messy during peak times, so plan ahead. Accidental snoring in the pod next to me wasn’t great, though.

I really wanted to love this quirky place, but the noise was unbearable all night, and the toilets were 4 floors away! Also, I absolutely expected an upgrade given the inconveniences I faced. Imagine my surprise when that didn’t happen. Just couldn't bring myself to leave a good review after my experience here, what a shame.

My stay at 9H Nine Hours Akasaka Sleep Lab was fantastic! The capsule room was super clean, and having a nice charging port in the pod made my stay comfy. I loved the pajamas provided at check-in. it really added to the experience. Plus, it’s just a stroll away from restaurants and attractions, making it a convenient spot!

We had a unique experience with our kids at the sleep lab, enjoying the spacious pods. The kids loved the thoughtful care package we received at check-in, and we were able to explore nearby spots like the Akasaka ACT Theater with ease.
